Why might you contribute?

Because people cannot exercise rights they do not know they have. While this film captured the exhilarating moment in which we finally achieved full ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment in Virginia, it was also an intimate look at the ways procedure can be used to deliver a crushing defeat for this common-sense piece of law that represents the interests and intentions of the majority of citizens. While the ratification of the ERA is a monumental cultural milestone, the culture has a long way to go to recognize women's full equality. RATIFIED will be used to educate and ensure this essential law does not die in darkness. Thank you so much for your contribution!
